Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery and payment details, review your order, and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order by contacting us. After this window, your order may already be in processing. See our Order Cancellation Policy for full details.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes a further 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status on our order tracking page. Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking to update.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Please contact us for approval before sending anything back. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is free on all eligible returns, for any reason — including change of mind. We provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return postage.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, generally within 7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
Is it safe to pay on your site?
